Day Care
Clean the front corridor before arriving kids in the morning
Take the kids into school from parents in the morning.
keep separately and in order , kids clothes, food items, towels, shoes & sandals & other items.
Toddle Care - feed, arrange to sleep, wash & clean, do activities.
After school - feed, arrange to sleep, wash & clean.
Put towel to dry, clean kids lunch boxes, arrange the bags send back to home.
Remove garbage into relevant dust bin & burn
Put children to sleep, for other kids do activities and support them for home work. (to avoid changing each other keep the kid's name if need)
If any "Lost & Found" item, solve it before parents calling with regard
Mob & clean the Lunch room & kitchen
Mark day care attendance sheet & activity sheets
Put pillows & mattress into sunlight to dry (day after day)
Clean the kids clothes cupboard (2 times per week)
At the Evening, Clean the day care rooms & washroom, and properly close all doors and windows.
Every Friday, clean kids toys item with Detol, and make them dry
Every Friday all remains item of kids, should be send their homes and all cupboard should be empty and clean for next week.
Weekly check the first aid box and reclaim the items if need.
Arrange the lesson plan, activity plan, handwork for DC kids
Update cleaning chart and check list.
Preparing parents reminder for next day, arrange the messages if anything to be informed to parents.
Your participation is compulsory for the any event or special day function organized by the school.
It is your responsibility to keep always clean, clear and provide a safe indoor and outdoor environment for the kids.
Pre School
Arrange the class room and clean the classroom if need
Take the kids into school from parents in the morning.
Arrange the morning worship area.
Mob & clean the class rooms. clean the dust bins, clean tables and chairs with disinfect
Remove garbage into relevant dust bin & burn
Mark class attendance of kids.
Mark class attendance of teachers.
Arrange the class homework, and prepare for next day lesson and activity.
If any "Lost & Found" item, solve it before parents calling with regard
Arrange the lesson plan, activity plan, hand work plan.
Arrange the birthday cards, photos , celebration for birthday kids
Follow the school year calendar and plan the special event, and special days
Once every 2 weeks, clean and re-arrange classroom equipment, book cupboard
Once every 2 week, wash chairs and class equipment
Every Friday, clean kids toys item with Detol, and make them dry
Preparing evaluation and activity sheets for term test.
Update kids' term evaluation and progress review.
Preparing parents reminder for next day, arrange the messages if anything to be informed to parents.
Preparing weekly parents reminder for "Let's get ready for next week" on every Saturday.
Update class daily record books and school log book.
Update cleaning chart and check list.

Important
We always give you the freedom to follow the guidelines and complete the task collaboratively and collectively with staff members. But if the management feels, if it not according to the excepted level and evade from the team, A follow up schedule or roster will be assigned for you by the school, and you will be monitored.
If any of our team member is unable to align with the school schedules, rosters and guide lines etc..,First will get the advice, but if it continues a disciplinary action will be taken.
As a member of Smart Kids, you are always bound to act in accordance with the school's rules and regulations and to protect the dignity of the school and its related parties.
Also, you should not confuse school activities with your personal life.
The implementation of the school's rules and regulations is done through the school's management, so no need an additional set of rules or instructions from your family members. (Mother, Father, Husband, Siblings)
If you feel that the work of the school is not going according to the wishes of your family members, you may resign at your discretion
No matter how knowledgeable, talented or experienced you are, school management will always prioritize your attitude.

PROBATION
You will be subject to a period of 6 months probation commencing from the date of your appointment. We however reserve the rights to extend your probation if your work and or conduct are found to be unsatisfactory.
Until you are confirmed in writing, management shall have the rights to terminate your contract without notice and without pay in lieu of notice.
HOURS OF WORK
Your working hours will be 07:30 AM – 01:30 PM on weekdays, The company reserves the rights to alter your working hours.
You may be required to work extra hours as and when required by the company and with your consent.
You will have to work 6 hrs per day, 5 days per week and 20 days per month on average. your No Pay rate per day will be your (Basic Salary / 30)
SUSPENTION
During the period of your employment, we will have the rights to suspend you from employment without pay, pending disciplinary inquiry or as a punishment for misconduct.
TERMINATION AFTER CONFIRMATION
After confirmation of your employment, the contract may be terminated by you by giving one month notice or one-month salary in lieu thereof.
In the event of any misrepresentation of material facts or omission of material information in your application for employment or in any of your declaration to the management in regard to your previous employment and its subsequently discovered by the management during the period of your service will make you liable to dismissal from the employment without notice.
Notwithstanding anything mentioned in this letter your services may be Summarily terminated in the event of disobedience insubordination, incivility, disloyalty or misconduct ln your employment.
RETIREMENT
Your age of retirement shall be fifty-five (55) years. On reaching the age of fifty-five years, your employment shall cease automatically.
LEAVE
On the first calendar year of employment, you are entitled to 1 leave for every two (2) complete months of service.
On the second calendar year of employment, your leave entitlement will be accrued based on the date
you joined service.
· Join between 1st January and 31st March 14 days In the year succeeding
· Join between 1st April and 30th June 10 days in the year succeeding
· Join between 1st July and 30th September 7 days in the year succeeding
· Join on or after 1st October 4 days in the year succeeding
You will be allowed to take leave not exceeding two (02) days consecutive with full remuneration on account of ill health or other reasonable cause.
You should obtain the approval of the company , before it is availed.
HOLIDAY
You are entitled to Sunday, Saturday, Mercantile Holiday, Public & Bank Holiday, Poya Holiday and other holidays given by the company. (All the holidays which re effected to company)
CHANGE OF ADDRESS (or any)
Any change of address (or any) must be duly notified in writing to the company within 7 days thereof.
ATTENDANCE & LEAVE
Daily attendance (in/out) marking in the system is mandatory.
If any case of the system is out of service at the time of marking your attendance. On same date you may have to put your correct IN or OUT time in Staff WhatsApp group.
Through the system or WhatsApp, your attendance should be updated within the same date.
No time update or corrections will be done for previous dates.
No time update or corrections will be done at the end of month before salary.
Applying or getting approvals for Leave should be complete before end of the month.
There will not be any further prior notice or reminder for any time card corrections before salary calculation.
GENERAL
You shall serve the company exclusively, faith fully and diligently, give your whole time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company and shall obey, observe, and perform all lawful orders/instructions/directions whether written or oral that may be given to you from time to time on behalf of the Company.
You shall comply with all standing instructions/orders of the company as may be in existence or given from time to time, all such standing instructions / orders / directions shall be part and parcel of your contract of employment.
Under no circumstances you should be found in the premises of the Company having consumed alcohol, or under the influence of liquor, drugs or any other type or form of intoxicant/ narcotic.
Whether during or outside working hours or whether at the workplace or elsewhere, you shall not at any time conduct yourself in a manner which may or is likely to cause or be calculated to cause damage to the reputation and/or business of the Company or its associate or subsidiary companies.
You shall not, either directly or indirectly, engage or be concerned with any other employment/business/occupation/undertaking of whatsoever nature, private or otherwise. commercial or otherwise, in any form or capacity whatsoever whether advisory or otherwise, whether in your own name as principle or otherwise, and whether for payment of whatsoever nature or otherwise, without the written consent of the company. You shall not receive fees/ payment/benefit of whatsoever nature from others for services rendered without the written consent of the company.
You shall not receive or accept whether directly or indirectly, except with the written consent of the company, any profit or commission or any other gain arising out of or from any business enterprise, undertaking, activity, exhibition, trade stall or other stall, or any contract in relation to the company or its associate or subsidiary companies.
You shall always conduct yourself soberly. temperately, and show proper respect and civility to all persons in authority over you or dealing with you.
The Company reserves the right to amend, add to, revoke, or vary in any manner whatsoever the terms and conditions hereof as future circumstances may require, and you shall comply with same.
You shall not remove any company property /article, or any property/article found anywhere in the workplace company premises without a gate pass prior to written authorization of the Company.
You shall be directly responsible to Principle/ Directress - Smart Kids Pre School & Day Care
